All patients are confirmed prior to the scheduled appointment time.  We will try to speak with you directly, but if we leave a message, we ask that you please return our call to confirm that you will see us at your reserved time.  If you need to call after business hours or during lunchtime, you may leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.  We may also contact you by email, and you may confirm your appointment by responding to our email. 

Everyone is concerned about health care costs.  We are dedicated to keeping our fees as reasonable as possible.  One of the most costly problems is broken appointment time.  We reserve time, personnel and facilities for you exclusively as our patient when you have an appointment scheduled.  If we do not have a 2 business day notice of a change in that reserved time, we are unable to call another patient and use that time in a cost effective manner.  If an emergency arises, please call us as soon as possible to let us know that you will be unable to keep your appointment.   A fee of $75 applies for cancellation without 2 business day notice.

Payment of fees is expected at time of service.  For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.  Financial plans from Chase and Care Credit are also available.

If you are using dental insurance, please bring your dental benefits card and identification with you. 

 
Your First Visit

During your first visit to our office, you will have a complete oral examination including x-rays, screening for gum disease and oral cancer (using Velscope for early detection) and diagnosis of the condition of your mouth, teeth and gums.  We will be able to determine the treatment required and the type of cleaning you need.  For adults, a cleaning may not be performed at this first visit.  If you have had a recent full-mouth x-ray series, please bring it with you or have it sent to us.  Otherwise, we will take the x-rays on your first visit.

If you would like to leave your credit card on file with us, you may click on the link below and print out the form and bring it with you to your appointment.  It is not neccessary, but some of our patients find it simplifies payment on their account, and prefer not to give that information over the phone, so we offer to keep it on file for you.
